The Athlete Factory
For over 25 years The Athlete Factory has provided strength and conditioning training for future NCAA scholarship recipients and professional athletes in various sports. More than 50 athletes who have trained at the Athlete Factory have gone on to achieve such success.
Formerly Gridiron Performance, the Athlete Factory has a new location that offers a unique experience and is designed to train athletes only that are in the pursuit to achieve their own success.
The Athlete Factory is a community based facility. The purpose of the culture that we provide our athletes with, is to become better as an athlete and as a person. We expect you to deliver with your effort, be a leader to others, show humility in learning from our coaching staff that will always put you first, and be resilient in obtaining your athletic goals.

The Mike Couture Big Man Camp At the Dominant Linemen Camp, we focus on providing comprehensive training tailored specifically for offensive linemen. Led by experienced coaches and former NFL players, our camp offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills and gain a competitive edge on the field.
GRIDIRON PRIME 2024
January 6th, 2024 Join us for our 27th year of Athletic Development at its finest. This program is designed to help aspiring High School Football players in any position take the next step. We will do this by educating the Athlete along with a periodized training regime. This program is designed to develop the physical traits needed to move on to playing post secondary Football. Participating in this program one can expect to improve on Explosive Power, Speed, Quickness, Agility and overall mobility. Along with the Physical side this year we will Focus on College Prep and Confidence building.
